Yes. We come out, look at the roof and price the job at no cost. Roof surveys and pre-purchase inspections are a separate paid service, because they come with a written inspection report.
How are jobs priced?
Always a fixed price agreed before we start. We do not work on day rates, so the figure you accept is the figure you pay.
What does the 25-year guarantee cover?
Our workmanship on the job. It does not cover storm damage, damage caused by third-party works, or material failure; material failure sits under the manufacturer's own guarantee.
Are you insured?
Yes: £2 million public liability insurance.
How do I pay?
A deposit up front and the balance on completion, by bank transfer or cash. We do not take card payments at present.
Do you work out of hours?
We are contactable 24 hours a day. A call-out fee applies to emergency and out-of-hours work after 5pm.
