Our story
Roofing runs in the family
Bailey is a third-generation roofer and has been professionally on the tools for ten years. He started BW Roofing Solutions in 2019 to run jobs the way he'd want them run on his own house: quoted honestly, priced fixed, and finished by the same people who turned up on day one.
We're deliberately small: a team of three. That means the person who looks at your roof is the person who works on it, and nothing gets subbed out to whoever happens to be free that week. It also means we take on work we can do properly rather than stacking up jobs and stretching them out.
Most of the people we help are homeowners with a problem they can't see the top of: a stained ceiling, slipped tiles after a gale, damp round a chimney breast, or a roof that's simply reached the end of its life. We also work for landlords, letting agents and commercial buildings, where a clear written scope and a fixed price make approvals straightforward.
We work across West Sussex and the Brighton area, from Chichester and Bognor in the west, through Worthing, Shoreham and Hove, up to Horsham, Crawley, Haywards Heath and Burgess Hill.

How we work, and what we won't do
Roofing has a reputation problem, and it's earned: vague prices, day rates that drift, sealant over failed lead, and work that looks fine until the first proper storm. Our standards exist to make sure none of that happens on your house.
Diagnosis before selling
We tell people when a roof doesn't need replacing. A repair that solves the problem is a better job than a re-roof that wasn't needed.
Proven systems, done properly
Three-layer torch-on felt on flat roofs, hand-formed lead at junctions, mortars chosen to suit the masonry. We don't cover failing detail with sealant.
The site left tidy
We're a small team, on site until the job is finished and cleared. No leaving a roof open overnight and no debris left behind.
25-year workmanship guarantee
Our workmanship is guaranteed for 25 years. Storm damage, third-party damage and material failure are excluded; material failure sits with the manufacturer.
